This partnership reflects IADT’s commitment to connecting education, creativity and technology with industry, while creating new opportunities for knowledge exchange, collaboration and innovation. Through Eirmersive, colleagues across the Institute will have opportunities to share expertise and engage with a growing community working across immersive technologies and related creative and digital fields.
The partnership also complements IADT’s BA (Hons) Immersive Media Production, a Level 8 Tertiary Degree preparing the next generation of creative practitioners to produce immersive experiences across areas including virtual and augmented reality, 3D, virtual production and emerging media technologies.
We would like to extend a special thanks to Dr Michael Glennon, IADT Industry Engagement Officer, for his work in supporting and developing this partnership.
We are excited to build our relationship with Eirmersive and to explore future opportunities for collaboration, knowledge sharing, research, education and industry engagement.
The partnership brings together expertise from across IADT and reinforces our ambition to ensure that our teaching, research and creative practice continue to engage with emerging technologies and evolving industry needs.
We look forward to working with Eirmersive and its wider community in the months and years ahead.
