The partnership reflects a shared engagement with the games industry across IADT’s BA [Hons] Game Design and BA [Hons] 3D Animation programmes. Dr Naoise Collins and Kevin Adanan attended on behalf of the two programme teams, connecting with developers and industry professionals from across the sector.
A particular highlight was the Games From Ireland Showcase and NEXUS Best Pitch, with independent developers showcasing new work and pitching projects to industry professionals. The wider programme offered perspectives from games industry veterans on topics ranging from funding and investment to AI, publishing and the changing landscape of game development.
Supporting NEXUS provides an opportunity to strengthen industry connections across Game Design and 3D Animation and bring insights from the wider games community back into IADT.
IADT is proud to support NEXUS and its role in connecting emerging talent, independent creators and established voices across Ireland’s games industry.
