IADT Bachelor of Business [Hons] Management students recently teamed up with Bohemians FC for a real‑world research project exploring how community, climate justice and sustainability are reshaping Irish football.

Bohemians FC, a values‑driven and 100% member‑owned club, has undergone a remarkable transformation since coming close to bankruptcy in 2008. Over the past decade, “the people’s club” has evolved from an inner‑city football organisation into a global voice for justice, sustainability, inclusion and diversity, guided by its mission to use football as a force for good.

As part of this unique cross modular learning project, IADT students carried out primary research, spanning several academic modules including: project planning, sustainability, organisational behaviour, research methods and presentation and design skills.  This event celebrates their learning and shares their findings.
